All Saints Academy $.O.$ Raffle

$UPPORT OUR $AINTS ~ S.O.S. RAFFLE:  All Saints Academy is excited to begin its 8th annual fundraising campaign, the $upport Our $aints – S.O.S. Raffle, beginning October 2.  It is an online, email-based raffle that will provide one lucky winner with a Grand Prize of $5,000, one $1,000 prize, one $500 prize, or one of ten $100 prizes!  A $200 prize will be awarded as part of our “Early Bird” drawing, to be held on October 12, 2023.  The “Early Bird” drawing will include all tickets purchased through October 11, 2023 (online ticket purchases by 11:59 pm and offline ticket purchases received in the ASA office by 3:00 pm). The “Early Bird” winner will be eligible for the remaining prizes. . 


Tickets are $25 or BUY 5, get 1 FREE. Purchases are limited to those 18 years of age and older. 


The raffle campaign will close on November 3, 2023 (online ticket purchases by 11:59 pm and offline ticket purchases received at the ASA office by 3:00 pm.)  Winners will be chosen by a computerized drawing and will be announced Saturday, November 4.

Option 2 for Raffle Ticket Purchase

The seller’s parent can purchase the ticket(s) for their donor via the online system (after collecting payment in the form of cash or check payable to the student’s family).  The online input screen allows the seller to key in the name of the buyer so the donor will be recorded properly for the raffle drawing.  The seller’s parent would charge the raffle ticket purchase to their personal credit card when completing the online entry.  If the donor requests confirmation of their purchase, the seller can print their confirmation email related to this transaction and provide it to their buyer.

 

If the seller’s parent does not wish to use the online system to record the donor’s purchase and collect the reimbursement for their credit card charge, the seller can print the form by clicking the “Printable Raffle Ticket” option at the bottom of the page, fill out the required information, and deliver the form together with the buyer’s payment (cash or check payable to ASA SOS Raffle) to the Office.  The purchase will be keyed into the ASA raffle website by the Admin staff, triggering an email to the seller confirming the sale.   If the donor requests confirmation of their purchase, the seller can print their confirmation email related to this transaction and provide it to their buyer.

 

NOTE – BONUS FREE TICKET:   Only ONE NAME per FIVE (5) tickets in order to be eligible for the buy 5, get 1 free option.  The tickets cannot be divided into groups to receive the free ticket.  


NOTE – GROUP ENTRIES:  Any number of individuals can join into a group to purchase ticket(s). Participants in a group entry must identify “one person” as the individual to whom a prize would be awarded and that person’s name must be listed as the entrant in the “Buyer’s Name” field on the ticket purchase form. It is the SOLE responsibility of the participants in the group entry to allocate any winning prize(s).
